Boutique law firm seeks an experience securities transactional attorney able to handle clients expectations and run a deal,
The candidate needs to know Reverser Mergers; PIPEs and have some IPOs experience (pref Entrepreneurial)
Have at least 5 years of transactional experience (senior Associate or Junior Partner level) candidate must be able to review SPAs/APAs, draft offering memorandums, registration statements and master '33Act and '34Act (10Ks; 10Q; 8ks and Form 3,4,5 etc..)
